We strive to create an elevated customer experience here at RestockYourKit.com. As part of this elevated experience, our team aims for fast shipping and extreme attention to detail with each kit we pack in Sterling, Virginia.

While most orders ship the same or next day, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be prepared for shipping, excluding weekends and major holidays. Please expect 5 to 7 days for shipping.

*Additional days may be required during peak demand times and/or due to weather events. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain carrier tracking number(s) and additional information.

Tracking number(s) are typically active as soon as your order is shipped and the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) has received your package.

Shipping rates vary for orders and are calculated at checkout by carrier partners; USPS, UPS and FedEx. We offer free shipping for all orders over $79, including Hawaii and Alaska!

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

RestockYourKit.com values your experience and will replace any damaged, lost, or stolen items with purchase of our Ship Protect and within the specifications outlined here.

NOTICE: We are unable to accept any returns or provide any refunds due to LATE SHIPMENT DELIVERIES BY USPS or UPS.

Shipping Item Returns

The First Aid Gear Shop will pay for the return shipping carrier cost if the product is damaged or defective, or if the wrong items were sent to you by mistake. This is done via a prepaid shipping label. You the customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) if the reason for the return is that you don't like the item or have changed your mind for any reason.

Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*Free shipping is available on all orders of $79 or more, shipping within the lower 48 United States (excludes Alaska + Hawaii), and is available for all orders that do not exceed $1800 or 30 pounds shipping weight. Orders placed that total more than $2000 or that weigh more than 30 pounds are NOT eligible for free shipping. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Great Product

I discovered my chickens had lice. I treated with permethrin 10. It helped but we could still see live lice on our girls, plus it was going to take multiple weekly treatments. I'm grateful that First Aid Gear sold the small vials of Elector PSP. I only have six chickens and only needed a half gallon of diluted solution, 4.5 ml of concentrate. I applied the product as directed. Did a second deep clean of the coop/bedding removal. Applied the extra solution to the coop. It's been 2 weeks since application and they are feeling so much better. We have not noticed any new activity on the girls or the coop/run. After attempting to obtain a 9 ml vial from another online retailer and being scammed, I am thankful restockmykit.com/First Aid Gear provided the product as promised.

I use this as a preventive all year long at least once a month, spraying entire coop and nesting boxes. I've never had an issue with bugs on or off my chickens.

Very easy and effective

I have 18 chickens and with Fenbendazole I could tell they were getting what they needed every day I changed the water, it was almost empty!
After day 2 they began laying better and I was getting more eggs.
