While most orders ship the same or next day, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be prepared for shipping, excluding weekends and major holidays. Please expect 5 to 7 days for shipping.

Tracking number(s) are typically active as soon as your order is shipped and the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) has received your package.

We NO LONGER Ship Internationally
Unfortunately, most of our international orders are chicken & poultry medications which are actually banned in countries like Canada, thus we no longer ship internationally.
The First Aid Gear Shop will pay for the return shipping carrier cost if the product is damaged or defective, or if the wrong items were sent to you by mistake. This is done via a prepaid shipping label. You the customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) if the reason for the return is that you don't like the item or have changed your mind for any reason.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
*Free shipping is available on all orders of $79 or more, shipping within the lower 48 United States (excludes Alaska + Hawaii), and is available for all orders that do not exceed $1800 or 30 pounds shipping weight. Orders placed that total more than $1800 or that weigh more than 30 pounds are NOT eligible for free shipping. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.
