Local (Porch) Pickup orders are ONLY held for 10 days after which your order will be restocked with NO REFUNDS issued. Depending upon which method of contact you gave us upon placing your order, you will be notified via email or text message when your order is ready for pickup. Please be sure to check your SPAM inbox as well, as they sometimes get filtered out.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns of any product that is non-perishable, and non-sterile – however due to the nature of sterile items, medications, etc. (and it’s against the law), we cannot legally accept any returns for those items, and are unable to refund such items. Please request a Product Return Form prior to returning any items, as they will not be accepted by us without that completed form.
SPECIAL NOTICE: All orders containing ANY pandemic-related items (masks, gloves, sanitizer, wipes, flu medications, etc.) are NON-CANCELABLE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to logistical and supply chain considerations all SALES of these items are FINAL.
Please note that any returned items (except if noted) as well as any cancelled orders will be charged a $35 restocking fee, regardless of order size. Refunds will be issued in full minus this fee for all orders.
