We've coupled an economical pocket aneroid sphygmomanometer with a dual-head stethoscope to provide you with a cost effective diagnostic kit. The stethoscope features a combination diaphragm/bell chestpiece for wide frequency response. The BP unit features a black enamel 300mmHg no-pin stop manometer. Comes with a leatherette zippered carrying case.

I was a little suspicious, but 40% off was an offer I couldn't refuse, and I'm very happy. Everything was ready for pickup the next day, and it was all squared away. I wasn't sure if the BP set would be worth it, but it works. Not fancy by any means, but it's functional
